Who we are
The Harthwood Collective is a group of mental health clinicians and advocates determined to tell impactful stories about mental health and culture.
We are dedicated to the values of kindness (humanitas), warmth (calor), sincerity (sinceritas), and understanding (cognitio).
The name Harthwood comes from Charles Harter, grandfather of the founder of the Collective. Charles Harter founded a school for children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in rural Ohio.
